It’s my time to step out of the background
from this horror film of fear! I will no longer be your stunt double.
No more backup singing for me. It's my turn, to walk down the aisle.
Today I will walk onto the stage to take the leading role.
I'm headed into the real world where acting is unnecessary.
In this world it’s a new day, and there's a new star;
A new headliner. Me! In my heart, there's love and
in my mind, there's hope both moving me towards my purpose.
When the reruns of fear begin to play, my mission and purpose will cancel their subscription.
No more second-guessing. No more doubting.
No more standing in the shadows of the dream for me.
No more waiting! It's my turn to debut
all I have learned. Will I be perfect? No!
But, it's time to start. It’s my turn to Shine! Shine! Sparkle! Sparkle For Jesus!
